Complete and verify the promoter’s full legal details, responsible contacts, dates, acceptance mechanism, lawful basis, payment processing arrangements, and any required independent assessment. Resolve any conflicts with South African consumer protection, privacy, electronic communications and gambling/lotteries law. Obtain approval from qualified South African counsel.
